Terms of Service
These terms cover the Search Themes browser extension and the purchase of Search Themes Pro. By installing the extension or buying Pro you agree to them.
Who we are
Search Themes is made and sold by Oleksandr Khorolskyi, individual entrepreneur (FOP), Ukraine (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at pashahorolskij4@gmail.com.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Prices are in US dollars. They are shown on the Pro page and at checkout, together with any applicable sales tax or VAT.
What Pro gives you
Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks every theme marked Pro in the extension — including Pro themes added in the future, at no extra cost — on the browsers and computers you use yourself, for as long as the extension is available. After payment you receive a license key: the extension checks it in your browser, without contacting any server.
The key is for you. Please don’t publish it or share it with other people.
The extension
The extension changes how search result pages look; it doesn’t change what the search engine shows. Search engines change their pages from time to time, and we fix the extension when that breaks a theme, but we can’t promise that every theme will work with every future version of every search engine.
The extension and Pro are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — see the Refund Policy. When you are refunded, your Pro license ends.
Trademarks
Brave, Google, DuckDuckGo and Bing are trademarks of their owners. Search Themes is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The Catppuccin, Dracula, Nord and Gruvbox palettes are projects of their authors under the MIT license; the extension uses only their colors.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Changes don’t take away a Pro license you have already bought.
